alexandrev-tibco e0f721a162 Helm: add feedbackWebhookUrl support to frontend deployment (chart 0.1.3) 
Adds VITE_FEEDBACK_WEBHOOK_URL env var passed to frontend container,
wired to frontend.feedbackWebhookUrl in values.yaml.
